Andrew is a Chartered Civil Engineer who has for over twenty five years specialised in the quantum and contractual aspects of the construction industry. For the majority of this time Andrew has provided consultancy services to the civil, building, mechanical and electrical, and engineering industries, gaining extensive experience in dispute management and avoidance, preparing and defending claims, acting for the referring or responding party in adjudications and undertaking Expert Witness appointments in ICC arbitrations, UK arbitrations and litigations, including having given evidence on numerous occasions. Andrew is an Adjudicator, listed on the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators' Panel of Adjudicators and is a Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Accredited Mediator.
