David trained as a Quantity Surveyor with a tunnelling, pipeline and civil engineering contractor and has 25 years' experience in the construction industry, the last 7 years being in private practice. He has a Masters Degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors, a Member of the Expert Witness Institute and a Member of the Academy of Experts.

David is responsible for setting and delivering the strategy of Driver Consult and continues to provide a full range of consultancy and expert services to key clients.

David is also an Executive Director of Driver Group where he is jointly responsible for strategy, planning, development and day to day operations.
