Malcolm, who has a Masters Degree in the Faculty of Technology, is a time served design draughtsman with a major chemical company where he also worked as a mechanical maintenance engineer in their power station.

For the last 35 years Malcolm has been involved with logistics. He is experienced in material control, production control, project control and planning systems in both make-to-order and high volume manufacturing industry and within the construction industry.

He has been exposed to many modern control philosophies within the nuclear, aerospace, oil & gas, petrochemical, power, pipeline, process, telecommunications, building and construction industries in locations such as the United Arab Emirates, Iceland, Germany and other European countries. Malcolm is experienced in the preparation of design, procurement and construction programmes and in the development of integrated project control systems and has specialised in forensic delay analysis and he has been involved in a range of extension of time and disruption claims.

He has more recently been involved in the setting up and development of a Project Services Business in the United Arab Emirates.
