Mark is the director responsible for the Midlands and South West, based in the Bristol office. He has over 20 years' experience of the construction industry, having originally qualified as a Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineer. He combines this first hand experience with extensive legal training to provide practical and pragmatic advice to Employers, Contractors and Subcontractors.

His expertise includes claims relating to extensions of time, loss and expense and other contractual entitlements under a wide range of standard and partnering forms of contract. Mark also drafts and amends contracts to suit client’s needs, to prevent problems in the future.

He regularly lectures and provides procurement advice, including the establishment of partnering arrangements and European compliance. Mark regularly helps clients achieve pleasing results in Mediation, Adjudication and Arbitration and has a great deal of experience in these areas.
