Analysis, Action, Resolution | Driver Consult

Michael is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Chartered Arbitrator and a Registered Adjudicator and is Operations Director for the Driver Consult Haslingden office.

Before becoming involved in consultancy work, Michael worked for over 20 years in the UK contracting industry as a commercial manager on projects ranging from Nuclear Power Installations, Water Treatment Works, Roads, Bridges and Railways to Prestige Building Development Work and Refurbishment as well as Industrial and Housing Projects in both the private and public sectors.

Now specialising in the field of construction dispute resolution, Michael has over 10 years experience as a commercial and contractual consultant and expert witness. Having gained an Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying a Diploma in Arbitration and an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, Michael trained as an adjudicator and is registered with CIArb, RICS, TeCSA, AICA & CPA.
