Analysis, Action, Resolution | Driver Consult

Pat commenced his Quantity Surveying career on a contract to construct a new nuclear power station and thereafter further site experience was gained on a major highways scheme in East London. In total Pat has worked for three major UK contractors for over 20 years on a variety of civil engineering, process, M & E and power generation projects.

Joined Driver Consult Ltd in 2001 where one of Pat’s initial tasks was to establish a new office for the Group in Liverpool. In 2006 Pat was appointed Director responsible for the Haslingden office.  In April 2008 Pat was appointed Director with overall responsibility for the Driver Consult Ltd offices in the North of England and Scotland.

Pat’s appointments have included the lead commercial role for a contractor on a £50 million power generation plant and a similar position on various city centre building developments together with quantum / delay analysis advice on PFI schemes and rail projects.
