Before joining Driver Consult, Paul was Director and General Manager for a firm of international contractors, where he was responsible for directing construction activities on projects with values of $100 million plus. Paul progressed to board level responsible for overall operational efficiency of construction activities in the UK, European mainland and the Middle East and Africa.

Paul also brings a wealth of Middle East experience, having worked in Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and up until six years ago he was resident in Dubai for over twelve years.
