Tim is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor having commenced his career 27 years ago with a national pipeline contractor. Since then he has worked in private practice, for a major engineering consultancy and for an international engineering contractor.

Over the last 20 years Tim has specialised in providing pre contract advice, contract drafting and negotiation and dispute management consultancy to employers and contractors on civil and heavy engineering projects on a national and international basis. During this time he has worked in Japan, Australia and Indonesia as well as on projects throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

Tim is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an Accredited Mediator. He has received 13 appointments as an Expert Witness on quantum matters and he lectures extensively on matters of contract administration, dispute management and on standard and non standard forms of contract.
