Tom trained as a Quantity Surveyor with a national contractor and has been involved with a variety of building and civil engineering projects. Subsequently, he worked for an international contractor providing contract advice, claims and commercial management services to its mechanical and electrical divisions.

Since joining Driver Consult, Tom has progressed to Operational Director level and been involved in commercial, contractual and planning/programming matters. His experience includes the preparation and forensic analysis of claims for both time and money and he has been appointed as Expert on issues relating to both quantum and programme issues.
