Tom is a Project and Programme Management Specialist operating over the complete spectrum of Project Management Services for the Driver Group both for UK and International Clients, from Developers to contracting and consulting organisations. He has been responsible for Directing and Managing Construction and Infrastructure Projects, over the last Twenty Years, primarily in the UK, Central Europe, The Middle East and South East Asia. These Projects have covered many diverse fields including specialized areas such as Power Station and Rail Infrastructure projects with values of $4-6 billion.

Tom has held board level positions in The UK and Hong Kong, responsible for activities with these Companies in the UK, European mainland and the Middle East and Asia. He also brings a wealth of International Company Structure and Procedural Experience, having worked in Hong Kong and South East Asia for Eight years, Central Europe for Three and the Middle East for Four.

Currently Tom is the International Project Management Services Director, which is expanding the services provided by Driver Consult Ltd into these areas of Management and Client Support both in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
